Check on pricing for the Eddie Bauer coats. Want to use the 10yr logo, BV to get prices from the previous vendor and post in Discord for further discussion as to whether it will be financially viable.
Herman to talk to Derrick Davis about the window to re-run the 2023 Cooper’s kits before the end of the season

Memberships:

Starting in January, can we set up recurring memberships (annually)? Would be a great benefit to many members.
Review potential switch from Square to Paypal. Still having issues with account permissions and that will cut out another transfer point for the $$$ (BV to look into Square recurring payment options this week, also look for paypal info)

Events:

Last home game of regular season is Oct. 14th – Chili cookoff for Tailgaters. City sponsors are inviting ~40 people. Will be burgers, brats, etc.
Jess wants to do a tailgate raffle for the 7th – We should put in previous and current year’s Coopers scarves. Bryan has two kits to get signed and donate, need to give to Margot
Jess’ Pride Kit – set up donation to Louisville Youth Group – schedule online auction to start this week, run for about a week
Additional materials can run through off season and lead into next season
Toy Drive – Jess to check in with KRM about starting the toy drive. Shoot for starting by Oct 14th (last reg season home game)
