It’s Boxing Day! Hope y’all had a Merry Christmas if that’s your bag. Not really a holiday in the US, Boxing Day was/is the day rich families gave presents to their hired in-home help after having given them Christmas Day off (or not, depending on how helpless those poor souls might have been). Anyway, the reason Boxing Day has become somewhat relevant in the US is because it’s chock-full of English Premier League (and other Football League) soccer. I’m camped out in front of a TV all day, because my office is closed. You might not be so lucky, and that’s too bad for you! I’ll do the enjoying for both of us, I promise.
