Good Wednesday! I’ve already explained Woden’s Day at least once on this fair website so I won’t bore you with Norse mythology today. Unfortunately, there’s not much in the way of new things to wax about after yesterday’s newsplosion.

I could, of course, tell you about other famous events that occurred on February 19, including the signing of the Treaty of Westminster on this day in 1647 which ended the Third Anglo-Dutch War and resulted in the reorganization of New Amsterdam to New York. I didn’t know there were two other Anglo-Dutch wars, but it’s pre-electricity Europe so I guess I should have just assumed. I also bet that New York Red Bulls II wouldn’t be as good as New Amsterdam Red Bulls II if national origin had anything to do with it. (It doesn’t).

But instead of that, I’ll leave you with this fascinating bit of film and audio work from the media staff that went to Utah with Louisville City for the Wasatch Winter Cup. Enjoy!
