Louisville Slugger Field could add another tenant should Orlando’s United Soccer Leagues Professional Division franchise move to Louisville.
As their Orlando City Soccer Club prepares for Major League Soccer expansion, team president Phil Rawlins and chairman John Bonner came to town Tuesday and met with city officials and potential investors for professional soccer in Louisville.
Working in partnership with other supporters groups, the Louisville Coopers will organize and support professional soccer in Louisville, grow community passion for professional soccer, and support the growth of the game through both social and charitable endeavors.
