Noteworthy items:
- We brought in about $400 of membership dues, as well as about $125 of merchandise sales. $300 of the $400 was originally in the cash box, but now that I can account for it, I’m saying it was for the month of September :grinning:.
- The only major expense that has been paid out in the last few weeks was to John for the tifo materials ($440.58).
- The Google app purchase is back to automatic debit so I think we’re good to go there.
- I will be filing our Q3 sales and use tax form in the next few days. Should be about $80-90.
On 10/22, a motion was also passed for the following:
- Braeden’s design (brown, above) won the vote. He’s the winner of the contest.
- Year ten does not begin until late September of 2022.
- We want to hold the winning scarf for a special release to coincide with the beginning of year ten.
- The annual member scarf for 2022 will be the 2nd place scarf (purple, above). Voting was close.
- 250 scarves from Roughneck will cost $2270. We need to proceed with purchasing them and start designing coins.
