– no quorum for May’s meeting; no notes

Midterms

– David will run again for one of the open Member at Large positions, but he currently plans to step down at end of season/year
– Need to get something on the site, socials, newsletter (reference election info from December if needed)
– 3x member at large positions open
– get nominations opened this week, set 2 weeks for nominationss, 1 week voting, will end 2nd week of July

Bylaw updates

David proposes that we ratify the bylaw changes sent out in the April newsletter.
– Bryan seconds
– Unanimously passes

Membership BBQ:

* Will do in conjunction with tailgaters
* Coopers vs Brickyard supporters match before the game
* LIPAFC – want to get a scarf design together, that will cover July Angel’s Share. David will reach out to Katherine at Brickyard to coordinate and work on charities
* David will still look at enamel pins
* Bryan to reach out this week to Harper about materials
* Herman will purchase chicken wings via a hookup, will talk to Doug at Tailgater’s about cooking, will coordinate sides on Discord.
* Approval already given via FO for the design

Target Detroit match in July for Atrium watch party and remaining pickup. Herman will contact Atrium to get approval.

Prideraiser

We started the month with multiple, overlapping campaigns and it’s all settled. Only one should be active the rest of the month and anyone who donated to the others will be notified by the Prideraiser staff.
