Bylaws Addition:

Matt Owens: Bylaw proposed to continue to include Wayne Estopinal initials on all future Coopers kits.

Updated Mission Statement (Website): Club wants an updated mission statement, exercise ideas and be prepared to share them at the next months Board Meeting.

Current Mission Statement is located in the ABOUT section of the Coopers Website

Do/Love/Live: (Ten20 Brewing?)

1020 East Washington – 24,000 Sq ft, with 6,000 Sq ft outdoor space. 3 Floors, naming rights of the bar in the stadium under the scoreboard. Anticipate hosting watch parties, international games, movie nights, etc.

Open at some capacity for the first home game of the season, a parking lot and tented event for the Coopers, with hopes for the March to be included. Grand opening likely to be June 1^st.

Supporters beer? Talks with the Team about making an official beer
Cross-branding with Merch, logos, etc.
Ad-hoc group for planning some events with the 1020 group (also Slack)

Matt Ballard/ Media Committee Discussion

Looking to have a head, Media Director, in order to work with FO and the local businesses in order to increase overall exposure and coverage of Louisville City.

Subcomittees:
Purple Press – Match Analysis, League news, etc.
Adding more people to lighten load and broaden the content
Photography – Needed to supplement the rest of the content
Podcasting – How podcasting works with spreading news, and getting guests/content
Social Media – Utilizing it to engage with fans through more mediums
Being more present in the team/player eyes, get our image out there
