Treasury report
General overview

  • We have about $8000 in the bank.
  • Memberships are estimated to cost around $4000.
  • Tifos will be more costly in 2021.

  • We are discussing maybe putting a smaller portion, such as $2000.

2021 Memberships
We need to replace the 2020 memberships on the website with 2021.
Proposal: If someone buys 2020 in December, give them a 2021 as well.
We need to order scarves and coins as soon as possible.

Merchandise sales application
Herman and Brianna were looking into a new platform.

Racing Tie-In
Matthew was to work on it with Rhombusleach.
This is still ongoing.

Lou City Ladies’ toy drive
Herman, Biranna, and Matthew were working with them.
Status update:

Thursday, December 17 is the toy delivery. They asked that we
have a representative be there at 2PM. Herman will try to go.
Backup will be Mathew. It will be at Kentucky Refugee
Ministries.
 
Collecting for the homeless
The current idea is to collect clothes, toiletries, PPE, and other donations
while we are handing out memberships.

New Business

Next meeting is 1/13/2021 at 7:00 PM. We will seat the new board at this
time. The current board members are asked to attend in order to hand off
anything they are working on and east the transition.

Kits from Icarus
They will come to Jorge. Matt will help deliver.
