Treasurer Report:
- $700 in Donations, went right back out
- $31.36 on Business cards
- $465.82 spent on Smoke as agreed upon last month
- $5,549.67 in
account
- Taxes will be due at the end of the month
- There was a clerical error and we should donate $3,000 to Pride as opposed to the previously mentioned $2,000.
Please push the pre-orders and memberships, it’s going to cost around 5,000 in order to cover costs.
We need at least 200 orders at $25. Sold 28 so far.
Need to work on budget for next year that way we can appropriately prepare for Tifo and smoke for next year since things will be bigger and better.

Past Business:
- Amendment Discussion: Looking to have a specific meeting dedicated to cleaning up language, contradictions, and unnecessary part of constitution.
- Looking
for October 16th Molly’s in the Highlands at 7pm for the
discussion of the Amendment.
- Email going out to membership with a copy of constitution.
New Business:
- Tomorrow at 5pm at DLL, meeting with Jim who is interested in showing the changes to the interior, ways to incorporate the Coopers into the brewery, make things ready for next year.
- Shana talking about getting t-shirts so that we can get produced and sold at a future time.
- Stadium
Tour:
- 4 from Scouse, 4 from Coopers, Monday the 16th, Matt, Wyatt, Glenn, Shana will be our representatives. Suggestions for things to ask about/look into were taken up by the group
Charity:
- Shirts are currently up for Twisted Pink
- 3 way raffle at the 21st game and 28th game
Charity committee and the charities/raffles we choose to do next year need to be analyzed due to how many donations are being taken in for certain groups, how often we raise money.
