Herman : thank everyone who showed up, had to call in as he had to work

Indy picnic – reschedule/postpone. Indy agreed that we will do a supporters game if we meet in the playoffs. Unable to purchase the materials and the Indy game was bad scheduling due to the heat and overlap with tailgaters activities.

Tifo – wants to still do a tifo, Bryan has talked to Harper and can pick up material. We do not have a pre-purchased bolt waiting for us as previously discussed, will need to purchase new material when it’s time to go. Herman needs to get the sewing machine

Discussion with Margo regarding potential incentives for Groove Machine, Coopers Board members, capos, etc – etc. drink specials, season ticket price benefits, etc.

Margo: Here with FO knowledge/blessing, working to ID places where we can work together for the benefit of all.

Discussed options for better communication and re-building community between SGs and FO.

Jess motions, Bryan seconds, unanimous yes to vote Jeremy Rodriguez onto the board to fill empty spaces from absent and resigned board members. He will be up for voting at midterms 2024.
