To be considered you must be an active 2022 Cooper in good standing. If you are not a 2022 member, you can sign up here. (Please note this membership expires on December 31, 2022 and you will need to renew again in 2023 to maintain your position. We are offering late signups because we’ve seen calls for change and wanted to provide an opportunity for non-members to join and be eligible for nomination.)

To apply, send the following to thecooperslouisville@louisvillecoopers.com:

• Your full name
• The position you’re running for (select one from below)
• 100-200 words on why you’re a good choice
• A picture of yourself (optional – people may recognize your face from games rather than your name)

Open positions:

• President
  Responsible for logistics, organization, and outward facing communications. The face of, and the voice for, The Coopers.
• Vice President
  The president’s right hand person, responsible for organizing the board and filling in for the president as needed
• Secretary
  Responsible for managing social media, web development, and day-to-day communications
• Treasurer
  Responsible for managing the Coopers finances and developing budgetary plans
• At-Large Member (3)
  Advise and consent, and assist with committee leadership

Submissions must be received by end of day on Friday, November 25th.

Voting will take place November 28th – December 5th. Members will receive ballot instructions via email.
